Fransisco A. Espinosa is the chairman and founder of the BEC Group Services, Inc., a full-service construction company.
Mr. Espinosa is a licensed, registered general contractor in the state of Florida with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He also presides over The Bec Group, a leading construction firm in the Florida market, providing construction management services to a wide variety of public and private clients. Mr. Espinosa is a member of the Latin Builders Association.
Throughout his career, he has constructed more than 700 million in residential and commercial projects including several major landmark properties in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Espinosa played a significant role in the development of downtown Coral Gables in the 80s by constructing office buildings such as the Alhambra Centre, The Gables Corporate Plaza, Merrick Plaza, Gables Citi Tower, and the Atrium at
Coral Gables.
Over the past several years, Mr. Espinosa has grown and expanded ​BEC Group Services Inc.'s operations throughout Florida, with the express purpose of capitalizing on the growing need for urban multifamily housing and commercial projects.
